Fills the Minnesota Supervised Driving Log template (Rev. 06/2021) published by Driver and Vehicle Services, adding sheets of the same template when there are more drives than fit on one page. Print it, have the primary driving supervisor sign and date the bottom, and bring it to the road test.

Night is counted from sunset to sunrise at your ZIP code. Any drive can be adjusted by hand.
